What we repair

Florida stucco takes a beating from sun, salt air and driving rain. These are the repairs we handle most often across the county.

Crack repair & sealing

Hairline, spider and settlement cracks routed out, filled with elastomeric or cementitious material, then textured to blend.

Patching & spall repair

Damaged or crumbling sections cut back to sound substrate, re-lathed where needed, and built back in scratch, brown and finish coats.

Texture matching

Knockdown, sand/float, dash and smooth finishes sampled on site so the repair reads as wall, not as a patch.

Water damage repair

Stucco failures from wind-driven rain, sprinkler overspray and failed caulk joints, with the visible entry point addressed.

Soffit & ceiling stucco

Patio soffits, overhangs and covered entries repaired and refinished without disturbing the surrounding surface.

Wall & column resurfacing

Boundary walls, planters and columns skim-coated back to an even, paint-ready surface.

Common questions

How do I know if a stucco crack is serious?

Hairline cracks under 1/16 inch are usually cosmetic and can be sealed and re-textured. Cracks wider than 1/8 inch, stair-step cracks over block joints, bulging, or hollow-sounding areas can point to moisture intrusion or movement behind the wall. We probe and sound the area before quoting so the repair matches the actual cause.

Can you match my existing stucco texture?

Yes. Most Palm Beach County homes use knockdown, sand/float, dash, or smooth finishes. We sample your existing texture on site, mix and practice on a board, then apply so the patch blends rather than reads as a rectangle on the wall.

Do you paint after the stucco repair?

Repairs are primed and painted on request. Fresh stucco needs cure time before finish coats, so we will tell you honestly whether we can paint the same visit or should return once the patch has cured.

How long does a typical stucco repair take?

Small crack sealing and patching is often a single half-day visit. Larger spalled sections, wall resurfacing, or repairs involving moisture damage generally need two visits to allow curing between coats.
