Estimates

Prices quoted before an on-site inspection are preliminary. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after we see the wall, because hidden moisture damage and substrate condition are not visible from photos.

Scheduling

Requests submitted through the scheduling assistant are not confirmed until our dispatch team confirms a date and time. If the assistant does not complete a request, no booking exists — call us and we will take the details directly.

Scope of work

We perform handyman-scope stucco repair. Structural work, licensed specialty trades and large-scale re-stuccoing may fall outside what we can perform, and we will tell you when that is the case.

Payment and access

Payment terms are set out in your written estimate. You agree to provide safe access to the work area, including water and power where the repair requires it.
