How a stucco repair actually runs

   Tell us what you're seeing

   Open the assistant or call us. Photos of the damaged area and a rough measurement help us scope the visit accurately before we drive out.

2. 02

   On-site inspection

   We sound the wall, check for hollow or soft areas, look at weep screeds, caulk joints and sprinkler patterns, and identify whether the cause is cosmetic or moisture-driven.

3. 03

   Written scope and price

   You get a clear description of what will be cut out, what will be patched, and what will not be touched — before any work starts.

4. 04

   Prep and protection

   Landscaping, windows, walkways and pool decks get masked and covered. Loose material is removed back to sound substrate.

5. 05

   Repair coats

   Lath where required, then scratch, brown and finish coats built to the same thickness as the surrounding wall so the repair holds up.

6. 06

   Texture match

   Your finish is sampled and practiced on a board, then feathered into the field so the patch disappears into the wall.

7. 07

   Cure, paint and walkthrough

   Fresh stucco needs cure time before paint. We tell you the realistic timeline, return to prime and paint if that's in scope, and walk the work with you before we leave.
